These terms and conditions regulate the authorization of use granted by the Operator to Consumers, so that they enter the virtual platform, are informed about the consumer products exhibited by the SAISAC marketer, so that they are used as a reference and can request the management of an order.

- We provide courier service which must be assumed by the client and will depend on the weight, size and destination of said shipment, the values vary depending on the carrier and will be informed before dispatching.
- To accept a return, the product must be in perfect condition and must not have exceeded more than 8 days, it must also be evidenced that the product is in poor condition. We do not accept returns of products that have damage due to misuse.
- The delivery time of the product depends on the carrier with which the shipment is made.
